How to open an e-invoice XML file

  1. Choose the .xml file of the invoice. If it came in a .zip, unzip it first.
  2. The invoice is shown with its own embedded layout. If it has none, you get a clean view with seller, buyer, line items, taxes and totals.
  3. Press Save as PDF / Print and pick “Save as PDF” as the printer.

Works with UBL 2.1 invoices, including the Turkish UBL-TR e-invoice and e-archive formats.

Why does my e-invoice arrive as an .xml file?

Electronic invoices in the UBL format are XML data. Their layout comes from a template embedded in the file, so most computers just show raw text. This tool applies that template and shows a readable invoice.

Is my invoice uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is opened and processed in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and the tool works offline once the page has loaded.

How do I save it as PDF?

Press "Save as PDF / Print" and choose "Save as PDF" as the printer. This works on computers and phones.

Does this verify that the invoice is valid?

No. The tool is for viewing only. It does not check signatures or tax authority records.
