Frequently asked questions

Are my PDF files uploaded anywhere?

No. The files are merged in your browser and never leave your device. Once the page has loaded it even works offline. That matters for contracts, bank statements and ID copies.

How many files can I merge?

There is no fixed limit. Your device memory is the only limit, and even phones usually handle files with hundreds of pages.

Will the quality drop?

No. Pages are copied as they are, not re-rendered or compressed. Text stays selectable and searchable.

Can I merge a password-protected PDF?

No. Remove the password in your own PDF app first, then add the file here.

Does the merged file get a watermark?

No. Nothing is added to your file.
